The PaW Campus is a growing and inspiring community of advisors using Personality at Work. Some work independently, others work in a staff position at a large or smaller organization. They are all specialists in recruitment & selection, coaching, or leadership and organizational development.
We believe that exchange and continuous learning are important. And fun. The goal of the PaW Campus is therefore to continuously enrich the knowledge and skills of the PaW advisors. To facilitate this, we organize a meeting with the members and interim workshops that are theme-oriented at least twice a year.

NEO-PI-3
The NEO-PI-3 is the most validated personality assessment tool worldwide and is the foundation of Personality at Work. It is a personality questionnaire and developed with the aim of acquiring information about an individual in the context of a predefined goal such as coaching, selection issues, potential assessment, determining points for development or psychological counseling. The NEO-PI-3 is characterized by its detailed, in-depth character.
Make the difference
When you have successfully completed the training, you can become a Personality at Work licensee and gain access to the information you need as a Personallity at Work practitioner.
The PaW Practitioner training deepens your knowledge and skills. You learn to read PaW profiles and thus people and how they function. Your advice will be scientifically substantiated. About the best professional or manager in the best place. About the composition and effectiveness of teams. About potential and career development.
