History of the method
In 2000, we embraced the NEO-PI-R (now NEO-PI-3) as a personality research tool. That was the starting point for years of development on the system. Our assessments now have a permanent place of their own in the market. Through the pure measurement of talent and potential and the ‘add-ons’ such as the predisposition for competencies and job directions. But also because of our personal attention to the candidates and the organization, which is also part of our approach.
Because we also believe in ‘growing together’, we decided around 2014 to share our knowledge and expertise. Then method became training. All our expertise is bundled in it for you.
